A full brand evolution for Hansel y Gretel, a desserts and cake shop from Huila, Colombia. The goal was to move from a childlike image toward an identity that feels artisanal, natural and premium.

The challenge
Hansel y Gretel had built recognition with a playful, childlike identity, but it no longer matched where the brand was heading. It needed to grow up without losing warmth, and communicate three qualities at a glance: artisanal, natural and premium.
The approach
I rebuilt the visual identity around those three words: a refined logotype, a natural palette and materials, and print pieces that feel handcrafted. The system keeps the brand approachable while signaling quality across every application.
