Previred’s medical card members needed one place to find covered services nationwide. The challenge was organizing a large, changing directory, by service, city and coverage tier, into something a member could navigate in seconds.
The approach
Working as the group’s designer, I built a structured directory with national service guides, city coverage pages and clear tier presentation, turning a printed-guide model into a searchable web experience.
